Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Undeniably Her. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final — no exceptions.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original condition with tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not marked as Final Sale

Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Intimates, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels except in cases where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@undeniablyher.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Size Exchanges

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange where stock allows.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
